Job Details

Lead and manage all phases of large-scale EPC/EPFI projects, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
Serve as the primary client representative, building strong relationships while driving customer satisfaction and project performance
Develop and execute project strategies, risk management plans, execution plans, and financial forecasts to achieve profitability goals
Direct multidisciplinary project teams, oversee resource planning, and provide strategic leadership throughout project execution
Manage contracts, change orders, subcontractors, and commercial negotiations while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval Architecture, or related discipline) or Construction Management
15+ years of relevant EPC industry experience, including at least 8 years in a Project Manager role (or equivalent FEED project leadership experience)
