Senior FS Java Spring Boot AWS Oracle DB

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior FS Java Spring Boot AWS Oracle DB in Jersey City, NJ.

Duties:
* Designing and implementing full stack end-to-end customer facing applications
* Full Software Development Life Cycle using Java/J2EE technologies, responsive and performant web applications using the Angular framework, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development
* Designing and developing RESTful services using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Swagger, Docker, YAML, JSON
* Working with Oracle/CrDB, creating & leading database objects like tables, views, indexes, Stored Procs and optimizing database performance through query tuning, indexing, analyzing performance reports

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, other related fields, or equivalent experience
* 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing full stack end-to-end customer-facing applications, financial industry experience a plus
* Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle using Java/J2EE technologies, responsive and performant web applications using the Angular framework, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development
* Hands-on experience with Public Cloud environments, preferably AWS
* Knowledge of AWS Fundamentals, Amazon S3, Lambda, Python
* Proficient with designing and developing RESTful services using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Swagger, Docker, YAML, JSON
* Proficient in working with Oracle/CrDB, creating & leading database objects like tables, views, indexes, Stored Procs and optimizing database performance through query tuning, indexing, analyzing performance reports

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
