Face to Face Service Now Developer
ntroduction:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect to lead the design, development, governance, and technical direction of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This individual will serve as the primary ServiceNow SME supporting the new Clearbrook ServiceNow instance, driving architecture decisions, platform strategy, integrations, automation initiatives, governance standards, and modernization efforts across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical direction for ServiceNow platform strategy
- Support integrations and automation initiatives
- Drive architecture decisions and governance standards
- Collaborate with team members on modernization efforts
Requirements:
Top Skills Required:
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development and Platform Engineering experience
- Advanced JavaScript and Glide API expertise
- ServiceNow platform security, ACLs, scoped applications, and integrations
- Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server experience
- Experience across ITSM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, and other ServiceNow modules
- ServiceNow CSA certification required
- CAD certification strongly preferred
- CIS certifications highly desirable
Nice to Have:
- CIS certification (ITSM or other ServiceNow modules)
- Experience with Git, ATF, and ServiceNow DevOps tools
Work Environment:
Onsite
- Available locations: Albany, NY; Chicago, IL; Glen Allen (Richmond), VA; Omaha, NE
