Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects for our public sector customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise technology implementations. Experience with Case Management Systems is a plus. The role requires working from our Deerfield, IL office, with an option for a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment for public sector clients.
  Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring successful project execution.
  Communicate effectively with government clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  Collaborate closely with Directors and senior leadership, providing regular updates and strategic insights.
  Track and report on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  Ensure project compliance with relevant regulations, security standards, and governance requirements.
  Lead Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate for project needs.
  Facilitate training and change management initiatives for end users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  6+ years of project management experience, preferably in public sector IT projects.
  Proven experience working directly with Directors and senior-level stakeholders.
  PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  Experience working with government agencies or regulatory environments is a plus.
  Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
