Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Waterloo, IA
Duration: 24 months with possible extension

Work Environment & Role Requirements

The role is based on the shop floor; candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Metatarsal safety boots are required beginning on the first day of employment.
Approximately 75% of the workday will be spent standing within the production facility.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds is required.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
entry level candidates with manufacturing-related internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Candidates without a degree may be considered with 2 or more years of relevant industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic environment.
