What you?ll do

  • Complete employment verifications

  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, escalating complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager as appropriate.

  • First point of contact for general employee questions about policies, benefits, FMLA, paychecks, etc.

  • Assist with the administration of performance management, compensation and benefits plans.

  • Assist with ADA and leave requests.

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs such as performance and talent management, leaves of absence, HR Compliance and training and development.

  • Process new hires, supervisor changes and terminations in SAP Success Factors

  • Ensure HRIS data integrity

  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you?ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 plus years HR experience as an HR assistant or Benefits administrator
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors preferred
