Pay Range: $53 - $58 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: -
- Hybrid Role 1 week onsite 1 week remote
- Function as a consultant to our internal business partners regarding technology and process solutions.
- Facilitate finding, developing, and implementing viable technology solutions for our business partners by working with teammates, IT groups within the company, external service providers, and business partners.
- Provide guidance to our internal business partners by knowing what technologies are available to solve complex requirements.
- Interface with internal business partners, IT groups, and external service providers to implement new systems and modify existing systems.
- Facilitate and lead requirements workshops.
- Functionally deconstruct, analyze, and document our internal business partners’ systems, problems, processes, and needs.
- Define business requirements and test cases using structured methodologies.
- Effectively lead documentation of business requirements, test cases, use cases, and design thinking exercises.
- Provide written and verbal updates on projects and solutions to IT and business management.
- Develop and deliver training on new or revised system functionality to raise awareness, educate users, and support personnel.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Report Builder
- Must have a minimum 5 years of experience working
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency (Required)
- Experience in information Technology, a business/technology consulting firm, or a utility business group.
- IT experience in a large-scale environment, across multiple hardware and software platforms, or business unit experience that includes working closely with IT in the development and implementation of large-scale systems
- Power BI Desktop
- Experience using Power BI Semantic model in Report Builder Report
- Medium to Advanced SQL writing
- Report conversions
- Immigrations status
- Power Automate
- Cognos
- Reports conversion from Cognos to Power BI
- Prior experience with systems migration – ability to review current environments, plan migration strategy, build new reports, test and validate new reports
- Experience with Power BI Desktop
- Experience with Power BI Report Builder – Power BI Semantic model
- Medium to advanced SQL writing abilities
