Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Level 3 Project Manager (Senior Project Manager) to lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will manage complex project lifecycles from initial kickoff through execution and post-launch evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Drive end-to-end execution of complex, multi-stream projects with cross-functional dependencies.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
Align project objectives with company OKRs and business strategies.
2. Risk Management & Governance
Identify proactive mitigation strategies for potential project bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and technical risks.
Establish clear project governance standards, steering committee updates, and escalation pathways.
Maintain complete project documentation, including risk logs (RAID logs), change requests, and status reports.
3. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, technical teams, and internal/external partners.
Facilitate team alignment, run effective agile or waterfall ceremonies, and resolve cross-functional friction.
Mentor and guide Level 1 and Level 2 Project Managers in best practices and methodologies.
