Senior Solution Architect (Salesforce & Enterprise Integrations)
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives with a strong focus on Salesforce-centered architectures and enterprise integrations. This role will serve as the design authority for complex programs and work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce/CRM, SaaS platforms, APIs, vendor solutions, and legacy/on-prem systems
Define and maintain architecture artifacts including current/future state diagrams, integration flows, solution options, and architecture decision records
Establish integration patterns and interface requirements; coordinate across internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure interoperability
Lead technical design reviews and architecture governance, ensuring compliance with security, standards, and maintainability goals
Provide implementation oversight, support delivery planning, manage dependencies, and ensure release readiness
Identify and resolve cross-team technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
Required Qualifications
16+ years of overall IT experience in enterprise applications and integrations
8+ years of progressive experience in solution/enterprise architecture
3+ years acting as Solution Architect / Design Authority for complex, multi-team programs
Strong hands-on experience designing solutions using Salesforce and CRM/SaaS platforms
Expertise in API integrations, third-party SaaS integrations, and legacy/on-prem system integration
Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical architecture and delivery plans
Experience guiding delivery teams through design reviews, implementation, and release readiness
Project Focus Areas
Loan Services Automation: Streamlining end-to-end loan lifecycle processes and reducing manual handoffs
Call Center Transformation: Modernizing call center platforms and enabling omni-channel support
Data Modernization: Integrating and modernizing data platforms to enable trusted reporting and insights
Preferred Experience
Public sector or large-scale enterprise modernization programs
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and audit readiness
Experience working in hybrid cloud and legacy environments
