SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Architect
We are looking for a senior-level, hands-on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Architect to design and support intricate HR technology ecosystems. This is a technical role requiring deep configuration and integration skills not a project management position. You will own end-to-end data flows and make critical architectural decisions across SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Talent modules), payroll systems, and integrations (CPI, APIs, and Data Replication).
A primary upcoming initiative involves merging two Employee Central environments. We need an expert who has managed EC-to-EC convergence, including field mapping and long-term target state alignment.
Responsibilities:
Architect blueprints for SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and S/4HANA Core HR.
Lead HR transformation programs as the technical authority.
Define integration patterns via SAP BTP and CPI for HR, Finance, and third-party vendors.
Manage security roles and RBP frameworks for PII and compliance (GDPR/SOX).
Oversee technical governance to ensure "Clean Core" standards in S/4HANA.
Requirements:
6+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors expertise with deep Employee Central hands-on experience.
Strong background in SAP S/4HANA Payroll and payroll-to-FI integration.
Experience with HR data models, secure HCM integrations, and complex regulatory environments.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
Bachelor s degree in a technical or business field.
Schedule & Location: This is a 12-month contract (high potential for extension) based in Midtown Atlanta with MARTA access and paid parking. The role is hybrid (3 days in-office).
