This opportunity is ideal for a Federal proposal pricing professional with 3–5 years of experience who has direct, hands-on experience pricing DHA MQS2-NG task-order proposals.
Critical Requirement – MQS2-NG Experience
Direct MQS2-NG task-order pricing experience is REQUIRED.
Candidates must have previously prepared or performed pricing for MQS2-NG task-order proposals for an MQS2-NG prime/awardee or organization directly supporting the vehicle.
Candidates should be able to explain their actual experience, including:
- Which MQS2-NG awardee/prime they worked with
- Approximately how many MQS2-NG task orders they priced
- Their specific responsibilities in the pricing process
- Labor-category and rate development
- CLIN-level pricing
- Wages, benefits/fringes and indirect costs
- Escalation and other pricing assumptions
- Their involvement from task-order solicitation through final proposal submission
Candidates should have practical understanding of:
MQS2-NG → DHA Task Order → Labor Categories → Rates → CLINs → Wages/Benefits → Indirect Costs → Escalation → Final Proposal Pricing
Generic Federal proposal pricing, DoD pricing, DHA experience, or medical staffing pricing without actual MQS2-NG task-order pricing experience will not meet this requirement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and support pricing for MQS2-NG task-order proposals and other Federal Government RFPs/RFQs.

- Support pricing for multiple Federal task orders simultaneously.
- Perform competitive and price-to-win analysis as required.
- Work closely with Business Development, Finance, Contracts, Recruiting, and Proposal teams.
- Prepare pricing volumes and supporting documentation.
- Ensure pricing is compliant with solicitation requirements and applicable Federal contracting regulations.
- Maintain accurate pricing models, historical pricing data, and proposal documentation.
- Support pricing reviews, negotiations, and revisions through proposal submission and award.
- Perform other Federal proposal pricing duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Federal Government proposal pricing/cost analysis experience.
- MUST HAVE direct, hands-on MQS2-NG task-order pricing experience.
- Must have personally supported the pricing of MQS2-NG task-order proposals.
- Experience working for an MQS2-NG awardee/prime contractor or organization directly supporting MQS2-NG task orders.
- Experience with Federal Government RFP/RFQ/task-order pricing.
- Experience developing labor rates and pricing models.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial/pricing analysis.
- Working knowledge of FAR and Federal Government contracting requirements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive proposals.
- Must be able to work hybrid from the Tysons Corner, VA office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience pricing DHA/DoD healthcare staffing task orders.
- Experience with DCAA, DFARS, SCA, or Government Cost Proposals.
