Your role in our mission

When joining Gainwell, you will:
  • Serve as a key member of a leveraged team supporting configuration, development, testing, and implementation of drug rebate solutions for state clients
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance with program requirements
  • Act as a subject matter expert for drug rebate solutions, collaborating with pharmacy, finance, IT, and cross-functional teams across the enterprise
  • Translate business and rebate program requirements into application designs, functional specifications, and scalable technical solutions
  • Lead and contribute to testing, integration, deployment, and documentation efforts to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Facilitate alignment through stakeholder engagement, including project meetings, JAD sessions, and collaboration with development teams


What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience working with healthcare applications and data; Medicaid drug rebate experience preferred
  • 8+ years of experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
  • Experience with software development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) and modern development methodologies and release management
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration; SSIS experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Experience with implementing and supporting applications built on low code platforms, USoft preferred


What you should expect in this role

  • Fully Remote Opportunity - Work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Minimal Travel Required - Occasional travel opportunities (0-10%).
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $95,100.00 - $135,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
