Mandatory:

We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM Developer who can serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams.

This role combines Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Service Management Consulting, ServiceNow Development, and AI Enablement through Now Assist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, analysing and improving business processes, designing scalable solutions, configuring and developing within ServiceNow, and driving adoption of ITSM Pro, Now Assist, Automation, and Enterprise Service Management capabilities.

This individual will help transform ServiceNow into the enterprise service delivery engine by improving employee experiences, increasing operational efficiency, and leveraging AI to automate and streamline service management processes.
