Summary

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced SAP PP Consultants with strong expertise in Discrete Manufacturing Master Data and production processes. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) scenarios, with exposure to PLM integrations being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support SAP PP (Production Planning) for discrete manufacturing environments
Manage and maintain master data including BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions
Work on Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) business processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Support integration between SAP PP and PLM systems
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Troubleshoot production planning and execution issues

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP – Discrete Manufacturing
Deep understanding of Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, etc.)
Experience in ETO (Engineer-to-Order) and MTO (Make-to-Order) processes
Good knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PLM integration
Hands-on experience with Teamcenter integration is a big plus
Exposure to cross-functional integration (MM, SD)

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
