A bit about us:

Founded over a decade ago and based in North Hollywood, with an additional office in Carlsbad, we are a litigation-focused California law firm representing commercial landlords, property owners, developers, contractors, and business operators in high-stakes real estate and civil disputes. We've built a track record that speaks for itself, including seven-figure recoveries, successful possession actions, and complex construction litigation defense. Our approach is strategic and results-driven. We don't over-lawyer a situation, we find the most efficient path to a resolution that protects our clients' assets, income, and long-term interests. Featured in outlets like the LA Times, USA Today, and NBC Los Angeles, and recognized among the top firms in California for premises liability and breach of contract outcomes, we've earned the trust of some of the most active landlords and property managers in Southern California.
