Compensation:
Pay Range: $43.25-$57.70 Per HR

Description:
* Join our dynamic team in Madison, WI, as a Full-Time AI Platform Engineer.
* In this role, you will support the development and operation of machine learning and generative AI platforms, focusing on implementing training and inference pipelines.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure reliable and scalable operations, utilizing various modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain machine learning training workflows, including data ingestion and feature preparation.
* Support retrieval workflows by integrating embedding generation and document retrieval processes.
* Develop foundational orchestration components for multi-step reasoning workflows.
* Deploy predictive models into serving environments, ensuring configuration and runtime monitoring.
* Create platform documentation and templates to simplify development and deployment processes.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* 2-4 years of experience in machine learning engineering or software engineering roles.
* Proficiency in programming languages and machine learning frameworks.
* Familiarity with retrieval concepts and vector search systems.
* Experience with automation and cloud services.
