Job Description
- Lead multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from planning to go-live.
- Provide strong functional expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and as-is/to-be process design.
- Prepare solution blueprints, design processes, and deliver product walkthroughs and training.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules and coordinate design with functional leads.
- Facilitate workshops, lead business discussions, and drive key decisions.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, deliverables, financials, and risks/issues.
- Support data conversion activities and guide testing cycles, including test case creation and execution.
- Demonstrate solutions via POCs/CRPs and secure business sign-off.
- Oversee deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure best-practice process adoption and provide advisory guidance to client teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Preferred: Years Oracle HCM Cloud experience, years consulting, full lifecycle implementations, and Oracle Cloud certification.
