Position: SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into scalable SAP BTP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience within SAP environments and a solid understanding of SAP BTP services, integrations, automation, analytics, and cloud-based application development.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for SAP BTP initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions.
Develop functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business documentation.
Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and SAP functional teams to design BTP-based solutions.
Support initiatives involving SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build Apps, Process Automation, Work Zone, SAP Extension Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP HANA Cloud.
Assist in defining integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and third-party systems.
Analyze current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Support testing activities, UAT coordination, defect management, and validation of business requirements.
Assist with change management, training documentation, and user adoption efforts.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and data management standards.
Support post-production enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of Business Analyst experience in SAP or enterprise application environments.
Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation programs.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.
Experience writing user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional modules such as Finance, MM, SD, HCM, or Asset Management.
Familiarity with cloud integration patterns, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and SAP Activate methodologies.
SAP certifications related to BTP, SAP Activate, or Integration Suite.
Experience supporting large enterprise, public sector, or higher education organizations.
