Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OTC enhancements — pricing, contracts, billing, returns, credit management, and order management
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose SAP best-practice solutions
- Configure SD modules (sales document types, item categories, pricing procedures, output determination, etc.)
- Support technical development (RICEFW) — work with ABAPers on user exits, BADIs, IDocs, and APIs
- Manage integration touchpoints with MM, FI/CO, LE, and third-party logistics systems
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT and cutover activities
- Create functional specs, process flows, test scripts, and training documentation
- 10+ years of SAP SD/OTC experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in S/4HANA
- Strong configuration and functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes
- Techno-functional capability — ability to debug ABAP, write functional specs, and validate technical deliverables
- Experience with pricing, billing plans, output management, and EDI/IDoc
- Familiarity with S/4HANA Fiori apps for SD
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
- Exposure to Vistex, BRIM, or SAP Revenue Accounting (RAR)
- SAP SD certification
- Experience in agriculture, chemicals, or manufacturing industry
