Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and AWS cloud technologies to design and deliver scalable microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert, lead technical discussions with clients, guide development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery in Agile environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks.

• Build and deploy RESTful microservices using Spring Boot, JPA, MQ, and related technologies.

• Implement AWS cloud solutions using services such as ECS, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Aurora, ALB, and Route 53.

• Act as a subject matter expert, interacting with clients to gather requirements and guide teams.

• Document requirements with clear scope and set realistic delivery expectations.

• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Git, and Bitbucket.

• Work with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployments.

• Implement testing using JUnit and Cucumber.

• Monitor applications using APM tools and logging platforms such as Splunk.

• Collaborate within Agile teams using JIRA and Confluence.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services/SOA.

• Hands-on expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, JPA, REST, and MQ.

• Mandatory experience in AWS solution implementation.

• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture.

• Experience with Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins for build and deployment.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes.

• Experience with JUnit and Cucumber testing frameworks.

• Familiarity with APM monitoring tools and Splunk.

• Strong client interaction, documentation, and leadership skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
