Job Details

Electrical Construction QA/QC Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support electrical construction and mission critical infrastructure projects across multiple job sites. This role will oversee quality assurance, commissioning processes, compliance standards, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering closely with project teams and clients.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and driven to improve processes and project quality standards within fast paced construction environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage QA/QC and commissioning activities across multiple project sites
  • Support and improve quality control processes and procedures across projects
  • Track project progress and quality metrics through active scheduling and reporting
  • Maintain communication across project teams, field personnel, and leadership
  • Review installation standards, specifications, and quality procedures
  • Train and support field teams on quality expectations and compliance standards
  • Monitor installations to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
  • Supervise inspectors, technicians, and field personnel
  • Analyze quality related data and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead quality meetings and provide project updates to leadership
  • Ensure documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date
  • Participate in client meetings, reporting activities, and audit support
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of installation or quality related issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on installation quality and operational efficiency

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting QA/QC, commissioning, or electrical construction projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of electrical single line diagrams and electrical systems
  • Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Autodesk, Procore, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6
  • Mission Critical or Data Center project experience
  • Experience managing quality programs across multiple active construction sites
