- We are looking for a Program Manager to provide strategic leadership for largescale programs by overseeing complex AI implementations and transformation initiatives across multiple business functions for Non-ERP programs.
- This role drives the overall project roadmap defines governance frameworks manages budgets and cross functional resource planning and ensures alignment between technical teams business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- The manager provides expert guidance on integrations and development best practices while ensuring compliance with standards and enterprise wide quality controls In addition to leading risk management stakeholder communication and delivery assurance.
- The Program Manager mentors senior project leads establishes delivery methodologies influences strategic decision making and ensures that AI solutions deliver measurable business value operational efficiency and long term system stability
- Program Manager need to navigate complex stakeholder environment including Application Engineering Business Teams Technical Services and Application development vendors.
- The role of the Program Manager will require to act as a strategic partner to drive AI adoption.
- The PM needs to analyze the tool landscape both internally within client environment and across the broader industry.
- The PM will be responsible for AI adoption and metrics measurement
- The PM should have overall 12 to 15 years of project management experience Should have managed and governed AI implementations in large programs
