Training Specialist - FL - Contract - $31-41 per HR

Join our team as a Training Specialist in a remote setting. This contract role involves designing and developing engaging training materials using various learning methodologies. You will collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to create effective training solutions. Proficiency in instructional design and multimedia development tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training programs and materials for classroom, self-directed, and web-based delivery.
  • Analyze business needs and performance goals to determine appropriate training solutions.
  • Create and maintain eLearning media, including simulations, scenarios, and interactive learning.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content.
  • Design data collection tools to measure the impact of training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in eLearning or Instructional Design.
  • 4 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or multimedia development.
  • Experience with content authoring tools such as Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Knowledge of LMS systems and web-based training creation.
  • Experience in adult education within a financial services or corporate setting is a plus.
