Summary

Requirements
  • 4 or more years of experience in technical support and Active Directory administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 administration including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with ServiceNow for incident management and ticket triaging.
  • Experience in VPN account management and remote connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication and secure user identity protocols.
  • Experience in Microsoft Windows environments and hardware systems support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding lifecycle for enterprise user accounts.
  • Configure Exchange mailboxes, shared calendars, and email distribution group permissions.
  • Administer Active Directory security group memberships and on-premises file share rights.
  • Utilize remote control tools to resolve technical issues on end-user desktops.
  • Monitor and process support requests within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on remote connectivity and VPN utilization.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot complex software failures.
