Job Details

My client is hiring an Electrical Engineer with 2-10 years of experience to join a growing engineering team supporting a variety of commercial, industrial, and/or infrastructure projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role offers strong project exposure, career growth, and competitive compensation.

What You'll Do
  • Support the design, development, and documentation of electrical systems for new and existing projects
  • Assist with power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systems
  • Produce and review engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications

Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams
  • Apply NEC and applicable codes/standards to design work
  • Participate in project coordination, design reviews, and QA/QC processes
  • Support construction teams with technical input and field coordination as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of electrical engineering experience (internships count toward total experience)
  • Exposure to commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with electrical design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
  • Understanding of power systems, lighting, and electrical layouts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • EIT or PE track experience is a plus, but not required
