Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python developer with strong Django experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in backend development, RESTful APIs, database design, and performance optimization. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver highquality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Develop database schemas and write optimized queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Integrate frontend elements with serverside logic.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, and welldocumented code.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications in cloud environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Handson experience with Django/Django REST Framework.
• Solid understanding of MVC/MVT architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth/JWT authentication.
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
• Understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic to intermediate).
• Experience with Linux/Unix environment.
• Good problemsolving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Experience with Docker & CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
