Senior Project Manager

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: MO-St. Louis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will join the Business Transformation practice. The Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning

Support project teams in identifying tasks, timelines, and dependencies

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment to the established project plan

Apply standard project management methodologies and risk-management concepts

Project Execution

Manage day?to?day project activities, ensuring defined milestones are tracked and delivered

Facilitate communication between delivery teams, business partners, and vendor resources

Surface risks, issues, or delays to internal project leaders for review and decision-making

Prepare documentation, updates, and status materials as required

Project Control

Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and quality expectations

Maintain issue/risk logs and propose mitigation strategies for review by internal leadership

Provide accurate and timely reporting to the project leadership team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

8-10+ years of hands?on project management experience in financial services or similar regulated environments

Proven experience managing complex, cross?functional projects or large program workstreams

Proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira, Aha!, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel)

Strong ability to facilitate discussions, document requirements, and support decisioning processes

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technology areas

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience delivering projects within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks

Background in investment advisory platforms, wealth management, or fee?based products

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $190,000 or the hourly equivalent.
