Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise data management, data analysis, and project delivery across Agile and Waterfall and a proven ability to ensure data fitness, drive data quality controls, and deliver technology build-outs that meet business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business users to ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for purpose across capture, transport, and use.
- Perform data analysis and construct reports to answer business questions and reveal insights.
- Define, implement, and monitor processes and controls aligned to EDM Standards, including transport controls and metadata maintenance.
- Maintain an inventory of applications and data transformations within the domain data flow and contribute to the domain dictionary.
- Perform impact analysis of data changes, communicate changes, and train users to access and understand the data.
- Triage and resolve data incidents in a timely manner and align key performance indicators and internal controls.
- Manage technology build-out and enhancement projects supporting GBAM applications and partner teams using Agile and Waterfall.
- Facilitate project routines for decisions, issues, risks, and TARs using enterprise tools such as SharePoint, PPRT, Discovery, and TPAS.
- Deliver complete project documentation including status, financials, requirements, design, test plans, scripts, and risk logs.
- Complete Enterprise Change deliverables, including Permit to Build, tollgate packages, ECMS documentation, and program-level support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis, metadata management, data quality controls, and impact analysis.
- Experience supporting Agile and Waterfall delivery, with ability to manage estimation, design, testing, and deployment.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, including creation of requirements, test assets, status, and risk/issue logs.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple business partners, identify gaps and dependencies, and manage conflicts.
- Experience with enterprise tools and processes such as SharePoint, PPRT, Discovery, TPAS, and ECMS.
- At least five years in project management or business/data analysis roles with delivery accountability.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of core banking functions, processes, and GBAM domains.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management Standards and tools, including TPAS, PPRT, and Google Cloud Platform AR.
- Background in business analysis or data analysis with project management experience.
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to produce executive-level reporting.
