Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage system turnover packages with full ownership of care, custody, and control
Serve as the final signatory for turnover approval once Fluor (or EPC) completes testing, mechanical completion (MC), and commissioning activities
Coordinate and track turnover readiness across multiple disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, structural, and building systems
Maintain complete paper trail and documentation from early construction through final turnover
Ensure turnover packages meet project, GMP, and owner standards
Participate heavily in coordination and review meetings, aligning EPC, construction, commissioning, and owner teams
Provide oversight on how system documentation is generated, reviewed, compiled, and transferred
Support both greenfield and brownfield project environments
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience leading system turnover on large pharmaceutical capital projects
Strong background in BSS and TCCC turnover methodologies
Proven experience working with major EPC firms (e.g., Fluor) through testing, MC, and commissioning phases
Ability to operate at a senior, cross‑disciplinary level with broad technical oversight
Experience in Big Pharma environments strongly preferred
Demonstrated strength in documentation control, governance, and audit‑ready turnover processes
