Mandatory Skill set :
Bachelor s degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering (or equivalent branch of engineering).
At least 8 years of experience in Aerospace Industry as a Stress Engineer/Analyst.
Comprehensive knowledge in Stress analysis of Aero structures, Nacelle and EBU systems.
Experience in Metallic and Composites structures stress analysis.
Working knowledge of Spirit/Boeing Tools such as FEADMS, IAS, ISSW, SASAFEM Experience in preparing and reviewing SCNs, SRMs and other technical reports for aero structural components
Job Description :
Performing Static, Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis for Aero structure components.
Gather requirements for stress packages from client and share with offshore team Coordinate between client and offshore team and review the Stress work from offshore team and deliver to client.
Participate in review meetings with Client, Customer and Suppliers.
Interact with customer; prepare Scope of Work, laydown the execution methodology to ensure that the projects executed meet the customer requirements.
Use classical hand calculations approach to analyze both primary and secondary structures.
Use of Finite Element Methods for load extraction and to solve complex engineering problems.
