We''re looking for a highly technical AI Product Specialist to help drive the expansion of an enterprise Generative AI platform.
This isn''t a traditional software engineering role, it''s for someone who understands how AI products are built and can bridge the gap between business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and engineering teams. You''ll translate business requirements into effective AI prompts, improve AI-generated knowledge content, identify knowledge gaps, and help onboard new product domains into the platform.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen, hands-on LLM experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions.
What You''ll Do
- Translate business requirements into effective prompts and instructions for LLMs
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to improve AI-generated responses and knowledge content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate and enhance AI-generated knowledge articles
- Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve the quality, accuracy, and usability of AI-generated documentation
- Support the onboarding of new product domains into the AI platform
- Facilitate technical discussions and requirements-gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
- Understand system architecture, data flow, and integrations well enough to guide AI behavior and improve product outcomes
- Help define how the AI agent interprets user questions and generates meaningful responses
- Work closely with engineering to ensure prompts, documentation, and AI outputs align with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in a technical product, AI, solutions architecture, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of AI products, prompt design, and AI-assisted workflows
- Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flow, and technical integrations
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with structured data
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings across technical and business teams
- Experience creating, reviewing, or improving technical documentation and knowledge articles
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into AI-driven solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise AI products or AI assistants
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or enterprise knowledge management platforms
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, or HCM products
- Previous experience in Agile product environments
