We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in healthcare domain processes and proven expertise in UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate complex healthcare workflows (claims, billing, patient records, compliance) into automation opportunities.
Work closely with UiPath developers to design, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and workflow documentation.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Lead UAT sessions, validate automation outcomes, and ensure smooth adoption.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ICD, CPT, etc.).
Provide ongoing support and enhancements for deployed automation solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to healthcare domain processes.
Handson experience with UiPath RPA (requirement gathering, process documentation, testing automation).
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and data management practices.
Expertise in stakeholder communication, requirement elicitation, and documentation.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
