IT Specialist in IL/MO/MI

We are looking for a IT Specialist with strong expertise with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and strong Active Directory skills. You will also support change management processes, monitoring, and automation for a stable and secure IT environment. This is a remote based opportunity. We can consider people in Chicago, IL., St. Louis, MO or Grand Rapids, MI. Travel will be up to 5-10%, twice a year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including:

o Local laptops used only for AVD connectivity

o Distribution of new software to AVD hosts

• Understand and apply AVD concepts to daily operations
• Implement and support change management processes
• Administer Windows Server infrastructure:

o Active Directory (AD)

o Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

o Intune endpoint management

• Manage and support:

o Printerlogic for printer management

Requirements:

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
• Que Management
• Proficient in adding and removing users
• Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Follow the established change management processes
