IAM Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IAM Developer to maintain and support existing Red Hat Linux, Oracle Database, and Java environments. The role focuses on configuration management, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security remediation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure stable, secure, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing Red Hat Linux, Oracle Database, and Java environments.
• Perform configuration management, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support incident resolution.
• Optimize system and application performance to maintain stability and reliability.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in coordination with relevant teams.
• Perform Java functional validation to support application reliability.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve technical issues and maintain operational continuity.
• Follow established processes and Agile software development practices while supporting system maintenance and enhancements.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
