Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager to lead field force analytics and operations for our Sleep Franchise. This role partners closely with the Associate Director of FSE, working hand-in-hand on strategy and execution, and serves as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Analytics & Insights. This is a highly visible role to the Sleep Sales Leadership Team.
The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who balances strategic thinking with operational execution, navigates ambiguity with ease, and thrives working collaboratively across a matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Field Analytics, Insights & Reporting
Manage and enhance field reporting and dashboard solutions, ensuring data quality, consistency, and usability throughout.
Develop and maintain KPI reporting using available data platforms and visualization tools.
Own the end-to-end QBR process for field force performance, including what gets measured, how it's framed, and the story it tells Sales leadership each quarter.
Proactively surface trends, risks, and wins for leadership ahead of need.
Translate business questions into meaningful analyses and actionable recommendations for commercial stakeholders.
Support customer targeting, segmentation, alignment, and field force effectiveness initiatives.
Operations & Capability Enablement
Partner with Commercial Operations, Data Strategy, and Commercial IS teams to improve processes and capabilities.
Support business process improvements and operational consistency initiatives.
Contribute to projects focused on field force effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial analytics modernization.
Help drive adoption of data, analytics, and technology solutions across the organization.
Represent Sleep's needs and priorities in broader initiatives across functional meetings (territory/alignment work, CRM and data platform projects, analytics modernization).
Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability across reporting solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the trusted analytics partner to Sales Leadership, Marketing, Market Access, Incentive Compensation, and Analytics & Insights.
Manage multiple priorities and deliverables simultaneously.
Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Influence stakeholders and contribute to key business decisions through data-driven recommendations.

- 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, business operations, consulting, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
- Expertise in designing and implementing impactful reporting and dashboard solutions using tools like Power BI or similar.
- Experience working with commercial data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, or similar datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Experience with Power BI, Veeva, MDM, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

qualifications:
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, business operations, consulting, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
Expertise in designing and implementing impactful reporting and dashboard solutions using tools like Power BI or similar.
Experience working with commercial data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, or similar datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
Experience with Power BI, Veeva, MDM, or similar platforms is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
