This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the quality system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Maintain and enforce ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Lead internal audits and support external audits (surveillance, recertification)
- Manage corrective/preventive actions and CAPA/OFI meetings
Requirements
- Manage the quality department
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field
- OR Associate degree with relevant metal fabrication experience
- 5+ years in a manufacturing quality leadership role
- Experience with welding, machining, and fabrication processes preferred
Skills
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Infor SyteLine a plus)
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with AWS and military welding specs preferred
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or similar quality systems is a plus
