Job Summary

We are seeking a Results-Driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both mid-volume and niche hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing passive candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment. This role requires expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search techniques, candidate engagement, and ATS management to support business hiring goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruiting strategies
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Conduct structured interviews and provide hiring recommendations
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruiting practices
• Enhance employer branding through compelling job postings and candidate communication

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill and niche roles
• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite environment
• Experience with recruiting metrics and reporting

• Experience supporting enterprise-level hiring teams
• Background in corporate or agency recruiting
• Strong networking and passive candidate outreach skills
