PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Training Specialist to support our customer located in Indian Head, MD, remotely.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Specific tasks include the following support for the Military Sealift Command (MSC) Training Team:
- Prepare documentation required for end-user training.
- Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to develop online training content.
- Develop online training utilizing SAP EnableNow .
- Ensure end-user training requirements are met prior to role assignment.
- Coordinate with users and the Navy ERP PMO to meet changing user access requirements and information security policies.
- Support end-user role sustainment activities such as providing supervisors of end-users the necessary tools, procedures and forms so their personnel may be granted access to applicable end-user roles that are necessary to execute business transactions with the Navy ERP production environment
Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start.
- At least four (4) years of professional experience with Navy ERP or SAP Role-Based Training Development
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
Education Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree
- A High School Diploma, and two (2) years of relevant experience with Navy ERP, Online Training Development and other relevant business operations can be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.
