Summary

We are looking for Salesforce Project Manager for our client in Chicago, IL.

Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

Job Location: Chicago, IL

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75.00hr - $80.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • At least 10 years of IT experience.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in managing Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects of varying complexities.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce fundamentals and experience with at least two Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile Certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Member 360 implementation across Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft, Epic, Sabre and Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage project governance, steering committees, executive reporting, RAID logs and milestone tracking.
  • Coordinate Identity Resolution, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Stewardship and Integration workstreams.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and release planning.
  • Facilitate workshops with business, architecture, data, and technology stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor, resource, budget, risk and dependency tracking.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of Salesforce Data Cloud, unified customer profiles, householding and preference management.
  • Drive business readiness, UAT, training, change management and production deployments.
  • Track KPI realization and value delivery throughout the program lifecycle.
