Client is seeking a well-rounded Graphic Designer to support our Worldwide Events team.
The Client's Worldwide Events Team works with several teams across the company to bring client's iconic brand and products to life for audiences around the world. From new launches and keynotes to live productions and hands on experiences, the Design & Interactive team is responsible for fostering design throughout the entire guest journey.
What You'll Do
Translate event brand identities into cohesive visual systems across both print and digital formats.
Create UI/UX layouts and digital communication assets that are clear, intuitive, and aligned with event goals.
Design a wide range of traditional print collateral-including menus, event badges, signage, programs, and other event materials.
Create environmental graphics such as way finding systems, vinyl applications, and signage.
Develop scalable design systems, templates, and guidelines ensuring consistency across all executions.
Oversee full print production, including substrate selection, pre-press preparation, color proofing, and vendor coordination, as needed.
Apply expert knowledge of premium print and finishing techniques-foil stamping, emboss/deboss, die-cuts, letterpress, screen printing, specialty coatings, and unique materials.
Ensure every deliverable is production-ready, upholding the highest standards of accuracy, detail, and quality across both digital and print outputs.
Nice to Have: experience designing premium packaging, from structural considerations to tactile finishing and unboxing experiences.
Develop design solutions that maintain consistency and scalability across multiple touch points.
Develop layouts for presentation ready decks and templates to help visually communicate ideas and event plans
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-event producers, marketers, and digital leads-to ensure visual alignment and execution.
Support on-site event needs, making real-time design adjustments when needed.Nice to Have: prepare digital artwork files from existing designs for use in email and website.
Who You Are
A trained graphic designer with a strong design foundation and a keen eye for detail.
A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Deep understanding of print production, including materials, processes, finishing, and vendor workflows.
A creative thinker who approaches problems systematically and enjoys building structure around visuals.
Proven ability to develop visual identity systems, templates, and brand standard.
Equally comfortable designing for print and crafting user-friendly, intuitive digital/UX experiences.
A collaborative communicator who can translate ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced event environments. Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital/UX work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Proficient in UX design tools (Sketch, Figma, XD)
Proficient in Mac collaboration tools (Keynote, Numbers)
Ability to work on-site during events, including weekend load-in/load-out as needed.
