Position SummaryWe are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with 2-4 years of experience providing end-user technical support in a Microsoft environment. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues, supporting Microsoft 365 applications, and ensuring a positive user experience through timely issue resolution and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 operating system issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other O365 services.
- Diagnose and resolve Microsoft Teams collaboration, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals, and software.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
- Perform user account administration and basic system configuration tasks.
- Assist with workstation deployments, hardware refreshes, imaging, and software installations.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless access.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures to maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Required Qualifications- 2-4 years of desktop support or help desk experience.
- Strong experience supporting Windows 10 environments.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (O365) applications.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Active Directory user administration.
- Experience with desktop imaging and deployment tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 support and migration activities.
- Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-based Microsoft environments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.00/hr.
