Urgent position of Technical Project Manager in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise rollout of Microsoft Copilot, including licensing, governance, user adoption strategy, and training coordination.
• Manage AI-related projects through full lifecycle, including planning, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Drive training, demos, and adoption programs to help business groups integrate Copilot and AI use cases into daily workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical teams and business units.
• Identify and resolve project risks or roadblocks before they impact timelines.
• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain project tracking using industry-standard tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in CS, IT, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven background delivering AI/ML or automation-related projects.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot (required).
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, models, and implementation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to executives and training end users.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.

Preferred:

• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.

Previous experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot deployments
