Introduction
Our client is seeking a skilled Snowflake Data Engineer with AI/ML expertise to join their team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cloud Based Architectures and Data-Warehousing Platforms, along with a strong proficiency in Snowflake and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using Snowflake
- Work closely with data scientists to deploy AI/ML models in production
- Optimize and maintain database performance in a cloud environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
- Implement data governance and security best practices
Requirements
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in Snowflake
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL and Ansible
- Knowledge of Snowpark and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation )
- Understanding of Cloud platforms, preferably Azure
