Remote | Mon Fri, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM ET

We are seeking a Genesys Contact Center Cloud Certified Engineer to support a enterprise Unified Communications / Contact Center (UC/CC) environment in a key functional engineering capacity.

This role focuses on platform design, API integrations, and enterprise contact center architecture support.

Required Qualifications

Active Genesys Contact Center Cloud Certification
Strong hands-on experience with Genesys APIs and platform integrations
Proven experience in architectural design and solution implementation
Minimum 3+ years working directly with Genesys Contact Center Cloud
10+ years overall experience within the UC/CC industry

Ideal Profile

Deep understanding of contact center architecture and integrations
Experience supporting enterprise-level UC/CC environments
Strong troubleshooting and platform optimization skills
Ability to work independently during standard ET business hours
