Job Title: Dell Boomi Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dell Boomi Administrator with 10+ years of experience in administering, monitoring, and supporting the Dell Boomi Integration Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AtomSphere administration, environment management, security, deployments, and production support.
Required Skills
10+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Dell Boomi Administration.
Strong experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere Platform.
Experience managing Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds.
Environment setup, user administration, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Process deployment, version management, and release coordination.
Monitoring integrations, troubleshooting failures, and performance tuning.
Experience with API Management and Boomi API Gateway.
Knowledge of SSL certificates, authentication, and security configurations.
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and EDI integrations.
Experience with production support and incident management.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Dell Boomi AtomSphere environment.
Configure and manage Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Cloud infrastructure.
Monitor integration processes and resolve production issues.
Deploy Boomi processes across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
Perform platform upgrades and coordinate maintenance activities.
Configure certificates, connectors, and API settings.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize platform availability.
Maintain documentation for deployments, configurations, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Dell Boomi Professional or Administrator Certification.
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or NetSuite integrations.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
