 The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP Basis and Security administration along with strong experience supporting SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) environments in complex enterprise landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform SAP Basis administration activities including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Administer and support SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) environments across development, QA, and production systems.
• Manage SAP Security including user administration, role design, authorization concepts, profiles, and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Configure and maintain SAP authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Handle SAP kernel upgrades, transports, client copies, and system refresh activities.
• Perform SAP system health checks, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Monitor SAP application performance, background jobs, interfaces, and system logs.
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, and application teams for system integrations and security compliance.
• Support SAP audit activities and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
• Implement SAP security best practices including system hardening and access governance.
• Manage SSL certificates, SSO configurations, and secure communications within SAP environments.
• Support disaster recovery planning, backup validation, and high-availability configurations.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• Extensive experience with SAP Security & Authorizations.
• Solid experience supporting SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) platforms.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver, HANA, and Linux-based SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP transport management and landscape administration.
• Experience with SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP user provisioning, role management, and audit compliance.
• Experience with SAP SSO, SNC, SSL, and security hardening practices.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integration concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale enterprise SAP environments.
• Exposure to telecom, billing, charging, or subscription-based systems is a plus.
• SAP Basis and/or SAP Security certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
