What You'll Bring:- 15+ years' experience in revenue management, commercial operations, digital transformation or large scale quote-to-cash modernization within a global enterprise across the entire lifecycle - CPQ, CLM, Credentialing, Order, Delivery, Enablement Codes & Billing.
- 7+ years leading large-scale, multi-year enterprise digital platform transformation, including data architecture, end-to-end process design and modernization of systems.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and managing large scale vendor, system integrator and platform partnerships including contract negotiation and performance management.
- Strong grasp of commercial policy, pricing governance, deal desk, entitlements, credentialing and product catalog / data models.
- Proven ability to influence, align and communicate with senior executives (C-Suite, BoD) and key stakeholders in support of complex transformation programs, strategic vision, business case investments and progress.
- Deep expertise in revenue lifecycle processes such as pricing strategy, contract governance, order orchestration, billing operations, entitlements management and customer enablement.
- Experience in program/portfolio management, project execution and program governance that ensures standardization, compliance and measurable business outcomes
- Knowledge of best practices in data modeling, analytics, process improvement
- Strategic, enterprise-wide mindset, with demonstrated ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, KPIs, investment cases and organizational change plans
- Demonstrated ability to act independently, operate with ambiguity, facilitate decisions, influence others, resolve conflict, build consensus
Education: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems or engineering. Masters preferred.
- Professional certifications a plus (Salesforce, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma
Impact You'll Make:This role will serve as a senior leader of revenue operations capabilities within the TruOps Global Operations team and is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and plan for building and deploying modern, enterprise-grade revenue management capabilities (pricing - CPQ, contracting- CLM, credentialing, order, delivery, billing, and provisioning & enablement) across the global B2B Salesforce ecosystem.
This leader will architect a cross-functional transformation across sales, pricing, legal, operations, delivery, billing and technology as well as with software application partners and third-party system integrators to deliver cohesive, scalable, globally consistent, integrated revenue operations processes and ecosystem. The Revenue Operations Governance Leader will have the opportunity to lead the digital transformation of CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), Order Management, Delivery and Billing capabilities across a user base of more than 4000 users across over 30 countries and enabling revenue of approximately $5 billion globally.
This role will establish and oversee the enterprise revenue operations governance structure, ensuring disciplined execution, measurable outcomes and compliance with global standards. The revenue operations solution must align with downstream billing and ERP transformations to eliminate revenue leakage, reduce accounts receivable and enrich financial reporting and forecasting. Given the scope of the role, the leader will present progress, risks and results at the C-Suite, CEO and, as needed, the Board of Directors levels.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide, multi-year roadmap for CPQ, CLM, Credentialing, Order Management, Provisioning and Billing setup aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with executive stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Operations to align on a shared vision, goals, priorities and outcomes.
- Promote global, consistent, integrated, end-to-end processes and ecosystem to support functional areas.
Program Management
- Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on roadmap commitments.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory and contractual standards
Process Optimization
- Drive process standardization and automation to enable integration, scalability and efficiency.
- Build foundational data models to ensure data quality, consistency, accuracy and analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish KPIs, governance and measurement to monitor process performance and improvement (revenue, operating margin, cycle time, efficiency, satisfaction).
- Identify process improvements to enable out-of-the-box configuration, automation and AI capabilities
Technology Enablement
- Oversee platform strategy for Salesforce CPQ, CLM, Credentialing, Order Management, Provisioning and Billing (setup).
- Drive integration across systems (Salesforce, ERP, Billing) to enable a unified Quote-to-Cash experience.
- Promote configuration over customization to enable future ERP and Billing integration

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $193,500.00 - $406,500.00 *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
