Location: Onsite (Rockville, MD or Tysons Corner, VA)

Note : Need independent consultant with 10+ years of experience

Experience:

Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs
Hands-on experience with Oracle/SQL databases
Frontend knowledge in Angular or React
Experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Git
Proven experience leading development teams in financial/regulatory environments
