Job Overview:
Pay Range: $16.00hr - $21.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- HS Diploma/GED Diploma required.
- 1+ years of experience with an associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force.
- Act as the first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal personnel.
- Triage and respond to external customer and sales representative calls.
- Send messages from internal and external customers to the sales force via various communication channels.
- Escalate and close pages via backup systems as required.
- Maintain a professional presence in all situations by providing information according to established procedures.
- Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
