Job Title: Manufacturing OT Support Engineer (Onsite)

Location: East Windsor, NJ / Verona, WI / Baudette,MN (Must be willing to travel and relocate based on business needs)

Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing OT Support Engineer to provide onsite Operational Technology (OT) support for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The resource will support MES, SCADA, Historian, PLC connectivity, and shop-floor systems while ensuring high system availability and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment. The candidate must be flexible to travel or relocate to any of the plant locations as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for MES, SCADA, HMI, Historian, and manufacturing applications.
• Troubleshoot shop-floor equipment, PLC, OPC, MQTT, and Modbus connectivity issues.
• Support production incidents, downtime investigations, and system recovery activities.
• Coordinate with plant users, IT teams, OEMs, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Execute approved changes, system monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance.
• Support GMP/GxP compliance, audit readiness, and documentation activities.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing OT/Automation Support.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, Historian, PLCs, OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and GxP compliance preferred.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
